When entering into this business in 2005 the market was vastly different. Agents and brokerages alike had been fortunate to experience a booming housing market and a very strong economy (granted there were ups and downs), but times had been good and business had been strong. Shortly after joining the Real Estate business the market underwent a dramatic change. The markets began to decline and the economy took and a massive hit. During this time our industry radically changed causing many agents to leave the business (some with for over 20+ years of experience). This change forced agents like myself to develop skills and have a better understand the changing markets. Dealing with once rare terms like Short-sales, Foreclosures, and Bank-Owned properties I had to know these terms and procedures inside and out. Over the years through countless hours of continuing education, on the job training, and working with thousands of clients we have developed a small team of individuals that have an extensive and vast knowledge of not only the local markets, but the changing economic variable that drive our industry. It is important to work with a team who has these attributes to help ensure a smooth and successful purchase or sale.

The main objective for developing this website was to give clients a way to search for new listings on the MLS while providing important information to help buyers and sellers alike as they make their way through the Real Estate process. It is also intended to give clients a way to learn more about (Agent) Adam Benedict and his Team.
